Investing in the Next Generation of Tradespeople
Trussworks visits Caldwell High School to speak with students about careers in the trades.
At Trussworks Operations, we don’t just build structures—we help build futures. Recently, a few of our team members had the privilege of visiting Caldwell High School alongside the Caldwell Men’s Lions Club to speak with students about careers in the trades.
Our crew, including some proud CHS alumni, shared personal stories and practical advice on pursuing careers in construction and skilled labor. Meanwhile, the Lions Club highlighted scholarship opportunities available to students choosing the trade school route.
It was a great opportunity to connect with students, answer their questions, and encourage them to explore rewarding paths that don’t always require a traditional four-year degree. We’re passionate about showing the next generation that working with your hands can be just as impactful—and fulfilling—as working at a desk.
A big thank you to Caldwell ISD for having us, and to the Lions Club for continuing to support students in our community. We’re honored to play a small part in helping shape future builders, makers, and leaders.
